5. Payments

Promotional guarantees or special refund offers apply only when explicitly stated in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely project requirements, access, materials, and content.
• Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.

Insperia Technology may retain and reuse general development knowledge, methodologies, non-confidential know-how, frameworks, and reusable components where permitted by the applicable agreement.

Website content belonging to Insperia Technology, including logos, images, graphics, icons, videos, source code, designs, text, documentation, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No protected material may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or republished without applicable authorization or permission.
